    Conditions:

    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase

    We will inspect your claim and notify you if it is approved for exchange/return.

    🚚 Delivery Policy

    We offer fast delivery within 2 to 3 business days for all products up to 10 cm in size.

    Larger items may require additional time depending on your location and availability.

    If the mistake is on our end (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

    For all other cases, return shipping is not available, as we do not allow returns.

    All approved returns or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
